Service
Payroll processing and HR administration
Salary calculations, contributions, filings and the whole of HR administration – discreet, on time and without a single form for you to fill in.
What we take care of
We handle the entire payroll cycle: salary calculations, deductions, contributions to the Social Insurance Agency and health insurers, monthly statements and the annual tax reconciliation. We register and deregister employees, prepare payslips, payment orders and all the certificates your people need from you.
Payroll is a sensitive matter – so we work with the data discreetly, separately from the day-to-day bookkeeping and in line with GDPR. All you do is enter the month's attendance and any changes – directly in the Bilvao app or by e-mail – everything else is our job.
We handle permanent employment contracts, work agreements and company directors alike, and deal reliably with the tricky parts – sick leave, maternity leave, court-ordered wage deductions, meal allowances and travel expenses. If the Social Insurance Agency or the labour inspectorate comes knocking, we stand by you.
Why entrust your payroll to Bilvao
- Discretion - Payroll data is processed separately and confidentially – inside your company, only the people who should see it do.
- Always on time - Salaries, contributions and filings go out on schedule, every month without exception.
- The complete service - From employee registration to the annual reconciliation – you never touch a single form.
- Legislation under control - We track changes to contributions, the minimum wage and the Labour Code for you and reflect them in payroll on time.

Frequently asked questions about payroll
What does a typical month look like?
After month-end you send us attendance records and any changes (new hires, bonuses, sick leave…). We calculate salaries, prepare payslips and payment orders, and file the statements with the insurers and the tax office.
What happens when I hire a new employee?
Just send us their details and the signed contract – we handle the registration with the Social Insurance Agency and the health insurer, including the deadlines that must be met before their first day. If this is your first time employing anyone, we also arrange your registration as an employer.
Do you also handle payroll for work agreements and company directors?
Yes – permanent employment, part-time contracts, agreements to perform work and agreements on work activity, as well as directors' remuneration. For each type we make sure the right contributions and notification duties are met.
Do you also handle travel expenses and meal allowances?
Yes – domestic and foreign business trips, meal allowances, meal vouchers and the cash meal contribution, including the correct tax and contribution treatment.
Will my employees see each other's salaries?
No. Our payroll records are kept separate from regular bookkeeping, outputs go only to the person you designate, and all data is processed in line with GDPR.
What if the labour inspectorate or the Social Insurance Agency carries out an inspection?
We prepare the documentation and attend the inspection with you. We keep payroll records in a way that lets an inspection close with no findings.
