We are a dynamic accounting company that has been providing comprehensive accounting, payroll and tax services for five years. Under our new name, BILVAO s. r. o., we continue the work of the company our clients have known until now as BJ accounting services s. r. o. The change of name reflects the expansion and improvement of our services as well as the continuing automation of our processes. Our goal is to make working together simpler, to give our clients a better overview and to bring them even more efficient solutions. With a growing team of experts we focus on modern solutions using AI, including our own accounting app that gives clients a real-time overview of their finances. Since 2021 we have provided comprehensive accounting services with an emphasis on reliability and quality. As we've grown, we've expanded into several regions and developed our own client app that simplifies bookkeeping and improves communication.
- September 2021
The company is founded
Opened a branch in Trenčín. Turnover of €48,000. A team of 1.
- 2022
Expansion to Banská Bystrica
Closed the Trenčín branch and opened in Banská Bystrica. Turnover of €126,000 - a 162% year-on-year increase. A team of 2.
- 2023
Žilina branch opens
We kept expanding and began developing our own app. Turnover of €196,000 - a 56% year-on-year increase. A team of 4.
- 2024
Nové Zámky branch acquired
Extended our services to southern Slovakia and launched the client app. Turnover of €603,000 - a 208% year-on-year increase. A team of 15 employees and collaborators.
- 2025
Bratislava branch opens
Opened a branch in Bratislava and grew the team to more than 50 members. Annual turnover of €1.4 million.
- 2026
Košice and the rebrand to BILVAO
Opened a branch in Košice and extended the service portfolio with audit work and the e-poštár (e-mailroom) service. Annual turnover passed the €2 million mark. The company changed its business name to BILVAO s. r. o. – a rebrand that reflects the expansion and improvement of our services.
