The Bilvao app: your accounting and finances in one place

Notes in a notebook beside a coffee

Accounting does not have to be a black box into which you send your documents once a month and wait to see what comes out. We developed the Bilvao app so that you have your company’s finances under control in real time – from your computer, tablet or mobile. In this article, we show you everything it can do and how you can use it in practice.

Who the app is for

The app is suitable for sole traders and commercial companies (s.r.o.) alike that want to keep their invoices, payments, attendance and reports in order and do not want to spend hours re-entering data between different systems. It brings together what you would normally handle in several tools into a single, clear environment.

What the app offers

1. Automated accounting (up to 15 documents a month)

The app processes routine bookkeeping of up to 15 documents a month automatically. Less manual re-entering, fewer errors and a quicker overview of how the company is doing.

2. Invoicing, e-invoices and the e-postman

You issue invoices directly in the app – including e-invoices in the structured format that will be mandatory from 2027. And crucially: in the app, we are also an e-postman, so you can not only issue e-invoices through it, but also send and receive them, with a connection to the Financial Administration (Finančná správa). You do not need any other software or a separate delivery service provider.

3. Bank connection and payment matching

You connect the app to your bank and payments are automatically matched with invoices. You can see immediately what has been paid and what is still outstanding – without searching through statements manually.

4. Calculating loan options (individuals and legal entities)

Considering financing? The app gives you an indicative calculation of loan options for both individuals and legal entities, so that you know what you can count on even before you negotiate with the bank.

This is an indicative calculation for information only, not financial advice or loan brokerage.

5. Attendance system with automatic export for payroll

You keep attendance records directly in the app and the data is automatically exported for payroll processing. There is no more tedious re-entering of hours, and there is less room for errors in pay.

6. Online reporting from your accounts

A clear dashboard shows you receivables, payables, interim results, cash desk and bank account balances, assets and the development of your profit on a chart. You have the key figures at hand at any time as a basis for decision-making.

Additional services in the app

Apart from working with your accounts, you can also use paid services directly through the app:

  • Consultation with an accountant – via a subscription, charged to your card at €1.50 for every minute or part of a minute. You pay only for the time you actually use.
  • Onboarding of an existing company – €100 one-off. We take over your bookkeeping and set up the processes.
  • Preparation of the corporate income tax return (DPPO) and financial statements – €150 one-off.
  • Other additional services according to the current price list.

You can find the prices, and whether they are stated including or excluding VAT, in the current price list.

How to get started

  1. Register and create an account.
  2. Choose the range of services you need.
  3. If you are switching from another accountant, use onboarding – we will take over the bookkeeping for you.
  4. Connect your bank and start keeping your finances under control in real time.

Why the Bilvao app

Instead of several separate tools, you have accounting, invoicing, e-invoices, banking, attendance and reporting in one place – plus access to real accountants when you need them. At the same time, you are ready for the mandatory e-invoicing that is coming in 2027.

Try the Bilvao app or book a no-obligation consultation.
